How it works

Choose your products
Select your device, log in, or sign up to start your rental. We need your address details for a quick soft check. The benefit of a soft check is that it does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other companies, ensuring no impact on your credit score or any future credit applications you might make.

Get your device delivered
We'll deliver your products to your address on the specified delivery day using Royal Mail with an extra protection box. When your rental period ends, Royal Mail will collect the items that you rent directly from your address—no need to visit a cargo branch!

Use and enjoy it
Your device is secure: %100 covered for non-user damage and 80% for user-caused ones. Normal signs of use and small scratches don’t count as damage, so don’t worry about those at all. For lost or stolen devices, you're responsible for the costs. Enjoy using your device worldwide without any worries.

Return, extend or buy
If you have not extended the rental period before the rental end date, or if you do not want to purchase the item, Royal Mail will collect the items directly from your address on your return day—no need to visit a cargo branch! Your card information is not recorded and your rental will not be renewed automatically.

When does the rental start and end?
Your rental begins on the day the device is delivered to you and ends on the last day of the rental when you return it to the shipping company. You do not need to ship it before the last day of the rental.
What occurs if something happens to the device?
Don't worry, we do not count simple scratches and color changes as damage. We offer 100% damage assurance for manufacturer defects and technical errors, and up to 80% for user-related damages. The damage insurance we offer does not cover situations such as loss, theft, or failure to return the original device box. We seem to hear him say, "What if it comes to me broken?" 🤓 After you receive the device, we send you an e-mail where you can report any damage you see. 💜
Do I need to keep the original box of the device?
After receiving the device, you must keep the original box and return it to the shipping company in the same box. In order to provide the same experience to all our users, we expect you to deliver the device as we gave it to you, in its original box and with all parts intact. 💜
For what periods can I rent?
An easy question! Rental periods are 1 week, 1 month and 3 months. Just before your rental ends, you can extend your rental or request an offer to purchase the device if you wish. 😉
